Welcome to clubebitda.com. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of www.clubebitda.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from us. "clubebitda.com," "we," "us," and "our" refer to the operator of the Site. "You" means anyone who visits the Site or places an order.

By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to the policies referenced in them, including our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

1. Satire and parody

clubebitda.com sells humor products. Our designs are satire and parody commenting on corporate, finance, and office culture. They are intended as jokes and should be read that way.

Our products and designs are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any company, financial institution, brand, organization, or person that may be referenced, parodied, or alluded to.
Any resemblance to real people or companies is for purposes of commentary or humor.
Nothing on the Site or on our products is financial, investment, accounting, tax, legal, or career advice. Please don't make business decisions based on a coffee mug.

2. Using the Site

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order, or you must have the involvement of a parent or guardian. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when you place an order, and you're responsible for keeping any account login secure.

You agree not to:

Use the Site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
Interfere with the Site's security or operation, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to it
Use bots, scrapers, or other automated means to access the Site or copy its content without our permission
Upload or transmit viruses or other harmful code
Harass, abuse, or impersonate others

We may suspend or refuse service to anyone who violates these Terms.

3. Products

All of our products are made to order just for you. We do our best to display product colors, designs, and details accurately, but colors can vary depending on your screen, and minor variations in print placement, color, and sizing are normal for printed products. Please check the product description and sizing details before you order.

Use products as intended and follow any care or safety instructions on the product page or packaging. For example, never leave a burning candle unattended.

4. Prices, payment, and taxes

All prices are in US dollars. Prices, products, and promotions may change at any time without notice. Applicable sales tax and shipping charges are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Payments are processed by our e-commerce platform and its payment providers. By submitting payment, you confirm that you're authorized to use the payment method you provide.

5. Orders and order acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel any order, or limit quantities, for example if a product is unavailable, if there's a pricing or description error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after you've been charged, we'll refund you in full.

Because products are made to order, you can cancel only before your order enters production. See our Refund Policy for details.

6. Shipping, returns, and refunds

We currently ship to US addresses only. Shipping timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy are part of these Terms and explain delivery, lost packages, replacements, and refunds.

7. Gift cards and promotions

Gift cards are non-refundable and can be used only for purchases on the Site. They are not redeemable for cash except where required by law. Lost or stolen gift cards can't be replaced.

Discount codes and promotions are subject to their stated terms, may not be combinable with other offers, and may be changed or ended at any time. We may cancel orders that use codes obtained or used improperly.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including designs, artwork, slogans, product images, text, logos, and the "clubebitda.com" name, is owned by or licensed to clubebitda.com and is protected by intellectual property laws. Buying a product gives you the right to own and use that physical item. It does not give you any right to reproduce, sell, or commercially use our designs or content.

You may share links to the Site and photos of products you've purchased for personal, non-commercial purposes.

9. Reviews and submissions

If you submit a review, comment, photo, or idea, you confirm that it's yours to share and doesn't violate anyone's rights, and you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, and adapt it in connection with the Site and our marketing. We may remove any submission at our discretion. Unsolicited design ideas are submitted without any expectation of payment or credit.

10. Accuracy of information

We try to keep the Site accurate and up to date, but it may occasionally contain typos, inaccuracies, or omissions related to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, or availability. We reserve the right to correct errors and to update information at any time without prior notice, including after you've submitted an order.

11. Third-party services and links

The Site runs on third-party services, including our e-commerce platform, payment processors, and shipping carriers. Your use of those services may also be subject to their terms. The Site may link to third-party websites that we don't control, and we're not responsible for their content or practices.

12. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your personal information. By using the Site, you agree to that collection and use as described there.

13. Disclaimer of warranties

Except as expressly stated in these Terms or our Refund Policy, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and all products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, clubebitda.com and its owners, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the Site or any product. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless clubebitda.com and its owners, employees, and partners from any claims, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

16. Your consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws that cannot be waived by contract.

17. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If a dispute comes up, please contact us first. Most issues can be resolved quickly by email. Any legal action relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Yolo County, California, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts. Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court where eligible.

18. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on the Site, and the "Last updated" date above will change. Continuing to use the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms. Orders already placed are governed by the Terms in effect at the time of the order.

19. General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with the policies referenced above, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site.
