Giveaway Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Sponsor. clubebitda.com, 746 College St, Woodland, CA 95695 ("Sponsor"). Contact: support@clubebitda.com.

2. Not affiliated with Meta. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or Meta Platforms, Inc. By entering, you release Instagram, Facebook, and Meta from all liability related to this promotion.

3. Who can enter. Legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C. who are 18 or older when they enter. You must have a public Instagram account or a Facebook account in good standing. The following can't enter: Sponsor's owners and employees, their immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and members of their households.

4. Entry period. The giveaway starts October 8, 2026 at 12:00 AM Pacific Time and ends October 14, 2026 at 11:59 PM Pacific Time. Sponsor's clock is the official timekeeper.

5. How to enter.

  • Instagram: Follow @clubebitda, then comment on the giveaway post with the most "boss" thing a boss has ever said to you. That gives you 1 entry. Optional bonus: tag a coworker in a comment on the giveaway post. Each different account you tag earns 1 bonus entry, up to 3 bonus entries. That makes a maximum of 4 Instagram entries per person. Tagging is never required to enter.
  • Facebook: Comment on the giveaway post on the CLUB EBITDA Facebook Page with the most "boss" thing a boss has ever said to you. That gives you 1 entry. You don't need to tag, share, or do anything else on Facebook.
  • Comment rules: Keep it clean and leave out names of real people or companies. We may disqualify comments that are offensive, harassing, or defamatory, or that break Instagram's or Facebook's terms. Entries made with multiple accounts, bots, or automated tools are void.

6. Winner selection. On October 15, 2026, Sponsor will randomly select one (1) winner from all eligible entries received on both platforms. Your odds depend on how many eligible entries we receive.

7. Prize. One (1) World's Worst Boss ceramic mug (15 oz) and one (1) World's Worst Boss koozie (regular or slim, winner's choice). Approximate retail value: $36.90. We ship the prize free to a U.S. address after we confirm the winner. The prize can't be transferred, exchanged for cash, or substituted, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if needed. The winner is responsible for any taxes.

8. Winner notification. We'll announce the winner by username on Sponsor's Instagram Stories and/or in a comment on the giveaway post, and notify them by direct message from @clubebitda on Instagram or from the CLUB EBITDA Facebook Page. The winner must reply within 72 hours with their name, a U.S. shipping address, and confirmation that they're eligible. If they don't reply in time, aren't eligible, or don't follow these rules, the prize is forfeited and we'll randomly select an alternate winner. We will never ask for payment, card details, or passwords, and we only message from our official accounts.

9. General conditions. By entering, you agree to these rules and to Sponsor's decisions, which are final. Sponsor may cancel, change, or suspend the giveaway if fraud, technical problems, or anything else beyond its control affects how fair the giveaway is. Sponsor isn't responsible for lost, late, or incomplete entries, including comments that don't appear because of platform issues. As far as the law allows, entrants release Sponsor from any liability arising from the giveaway or the prize. These rules are governed by California law.

10. Privacy. We use your username, comment, and (for the winner) name and shipping address only to run this giveaway and deliver the prize. We don't sell this information. See our Privacy Policy for more.
